What could be more “Glam”orous than honoring twelve outstanding Montreal women who have contributed so much in so many ways? Benefitting Weizmann Canada, C3 Communications coordinated this spectacular evening with the theme of Hollywood Glam.

Complete with their own “Walk of Fame”, each woman’s accomplishments was highlighted, with each honoree making their grand entrance escorted by “Glam”orous male models. What a great evening for a fabulous organization!

With over 825 people in attendance, Pharmascience once again held their annual Christmas employee celebration on December 5th, 2009 at Montreal’s fabulous locale, La Tohu.

Delicious food, fabulous entertainment, and great ambiance was organized by a dynamic team from Pharmascience, with coordination services provided by C3 Communications.

 A great time was had by all, and comments heard included:

“This was the best one ever!”       “What a fabulous party!”     “Everything was great!”

Montreal’s own Hellenic Community recently celebrated 100 years of Execellence in Education with a fabulous gala event, and C3 was there. Over 400 guests enjoyed an evening of great food, dancing, with a unique customized room decor along with amazing AV production coordinated by C3 especially for the event.

Coordination services included setting up the room in a very innovative and funky way, with lounges, beautiful décor, and and DJ set up right in the middle of the dance floor. Special effects, great lighting, and an innovative screen setup made pictures and presentations visible to everyone in the room. A really great evening was enjoyed by all, and comments and feedback included:

With our beautiful city of Montreal as their chosen destination, Reliance Protectron Security Services recently held their annual dealer conference, and C3 Communications was there! Assisting in the planning and execution of the conference, C3 organized some very interesting and different activities that included:

• A Medieval themed dinner
•  A tour of a local Quebec vineyard
•  A guided double decker bus tour of Montreal

along with assisting in the AV needs and simultaneous translation.  All in all a great conference!  Just listen to what our client had to say:

This past September 2008, Montreal was host to the 2008 World Congress on Treatment and Research in Multiple Sclerosis, and C3 was there! Working in collaboration with Planning the Globe out of South Carolina and Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals, C3 Communications coordinated all the logistical requirements for the numerous sessions, meetings, as well as the cocktail reception that was attended by over 400 people.

Taking place at the beautiful Montreal Science Center, guests attended numerous scientific sessions, and entered a “Walk Through the History of MS and Betaseron”, highlighting Bayer’s 15^th Anniversary celebration for this breakthrough treatment of Multiple Sclerosis. Culminating with a cake & champagne toast to the continued success of this important treatment therapy, this 2-day meeting/reception was deemed to be “one of the best Betaseron events ever”. 

Ice Cream as a Team Building event? Sounds yummy!

C3 Communications recently put on an Ice Cream Competition designed as a team-building event for a renowned Montreal law firm. Lawyers from different divisions got together to “create” a new ice cream concoction, which was then offered to all staff and submitted for a vote for the best recipe. When the votes were tabulated, all staff enjoyed a serving of the winning flavour and a great time was had by all.

Who would have thought that such a sweet treat could be so successful as a tool to bring people together………..yummmm……….

Al Gore, former VP of the United States and Nobel Laureate, was in Montreal on April 4th and 5th to conduct a training session for 254 trainees who will now go out and be his spokespeople across Canada to raise awareness and understanding on the grave issues of Global Warming.

C3 Communications, the organizers for the entire weekend’s events, were there to assist and coordinate all logistical requirements and ensure everything was handled seamlessly. Gilda Abdulezer, President of C3 Communications, states, “It was an honor and a privilege to be a part of this event, the first of its kind in Canada”.

Many well-known personalities were involved in the weekend’s event, including Montreal’s Nicky Yanofsky,  Quebec MNA Lawrence Bergman, Premier Jean Charest, as well as world-renowned comedian Russell Peters.

C3 Communications has been recognized and is certificated as a Training Body by La Commission des partenaires du marché du travail. As a result of this certification, all training and teambuilding activities offered to our clients who qualify can apply the related fees towards this 1% tax credit as per the Act to foster the development of Manpower training from the government of Quebec.
